Jackson Township is located in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, and is governed by a three-member Board of Supervisors. The members are elected in odd-numbered years to four-year terms, with two seats up for election every other year. The Board has the responsibility to ensure that the township functions efficiently and properly; this includes enforcing laws, maintaining roads and bridges, providing public safety services, and making sure all public facilities are maintained. It also oversees planning and zoning issues within the township.
